About careshop

careshop.app is built for Oregon Adult Foster Homes and Developmentally-Disabled group homes — small operators running 1 to 5 houses, each with five or fewer residents. We started this because spreadsheets, printed checklists, and group texts were never the right shape for the work.

What we believe

• Caregivers are the user. Every screen has to make sense at 6 a.m. on a phone, after a long shift, in a kitchen.
• Compliance lives in the catalog. OAR rules, Fatal-Four risks, IDDSI diet levels — they belong on the item itself, not in a binder.
• One tenant, one subdomain. Your data is yours. We never mix tenants in the same query, and the schema is hard-scoped from the bottom up.

Roadmap

We're working on offline writes for stock-takes, a deeper "Buy & Comply" shopping flow, and per-resident care plans tied to the menu grid. If you have an opinion, we'd love to hear it.
