A resident is a label, never a name.

Diet tags, allergens, one texture level. Enough for a tray note and a menu check, and nothing more.

Why initials are not a defence

In a house with five residents, initials identify a person to anyone who knows the house. They are ordinary decency, not a shield.

Isn’t this just a grocery list?

A grocery list does not know that Room 2 is allergic to tree nuts, that the water reserve is short against your bed count, or what applesauce cost last month. The loop is the product.

My caregiver’s phone has no signal in the store.

Picks wait on the phone. When the signal comes back they land once, and a pick is never counted twice.

Can I use it across more than one house?

Yes. Pro covers up to five houses. Scale is unlimited houses and seats, with spend across all of them.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet does not scan, does not know who lives there, and does not put the receipt back on the shelf. CareShop closes the loop by itself.
