Terms of Service

1. Service
careshop.app provides software-as-a-service for residential care home operators. Each tenant operates on a unique subdomain. Tenants control their own data; we are a processor.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to violate applicable law. Don't attempt to access another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Data
We store your data in Convex Cloud. We process it per the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. We do not train models on it.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime — billing stops at the end of the current period.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
