What we collect
We collect what you give us: tenant + user profile fields, item / house / stock / buy data, and item photos you upload. We collect anonymous web-vitals telemetry to measure page performance.
What we don't collect
We don't collect resident PHI. Residents are represented only by a count per house. We don't track caregivers off-site.
How we store it
Data lives in Convex Cloud (vivid-otter-788). Logos and item photos live in Convex storage. We delete blobs when their parent row is deleted.
Sharing
We don't sell data. We share with Stripe (for billing) and Convex (our infrastructure provider). That's it.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion at any time. Email hello@careshop.app.
Cookies
We use one HttpOnly cookie family (`__convexAuthJWT*`) to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies.
